Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment with the exception of custom products which are made to order, and may take an additional 5-20 days.  Packages are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Inside the USA, packages outside the US will have only the customs number for tracking ingormation unless express mail services are purchased. If you prefer delivery by USPS  with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, you will be provided with shipment notifacation and tracking if applicable via PayPal/email.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Warranty Information

Custom lights built or modified by Adventure Sport come with a 5 year limited warranty.    Lights are guaranteed to be free from reasonable defector for this period.    Products that fail prematurly under the reasonable defect clause can be sent back for repair at no additional cost to the purchaser ( accept return postage to the store).

Q: What is "what is reasonable defect"?

A:Reasonable defect is defined as failure not due to mishandling or misuese of the product.  

Examples:  The light stops working suddenly for no clear reason.    The switch fails.  

Q: What is NOT covered under this warranty.  

If the dammage is your fault.   Examples: 1. It was droped on the concrete or in the lake.  2. Run over by a car.     3. You left the power on with it face down on the table unttended.

Q: If the damage is my fault can it still be fixed.

A: Yes.  Every effort will be made to repair any light you want provided you are willing to cover the cost of parts/labor as needed.   This cost is to be determined on a per case basis.  If you have damaged your light and would like it repaird feel free to contact us for pricing ( it might be cheaper than you think).


Any flashlights purchased. from Adventure Sport Flashlights may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 2 weeks of the delivery date for any reason, provided they are undamaged and in new condition.    Example:  Your order the wrong product by mistake.

Items that may NOT be returned are:
Batteries, LEDs, driver boards, and other do it yourself parts.  

Limitation of Liability

Except as specified above or prohibited by applicable law: all express or implied conditions and warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of any informational content, are hereby excluded and disclaimed by Adventure Sport Flashlights; and in no event will Adventure Sport Flashlights company, or owner operator be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages howsoever arising and regardless of the theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
