MagCharger. 800 Lumen LED Conversion For Rechargeable Maglite, Luminus SST40 Emitter

Install

To install the 800 lumen dopin into your Magcharger, remove the bezel from the head.  Take out the reflector and the factory bi-pin bulb.  Insert the dropin with the pins into the bi-pin slots ( if the notches on the base of the dropin do not line up with the switch tower take the dropin back out re insert the factory bulb and twist the bi-pin socket slightly so the notches will line up.  Do not use the pins on the base of the dropin to do so).   Place the lens over the dropin and thread the bezel on till snug.   If the bulb does not sit deep enough into the mag for the bezel to screw down there is an extra set of rings on the base of the dropin that can be removed to allow it to sit deeper in some lights.
